Job description
East West Business Solutions is hiring a UI/UX Designer to work on Master Jobs, our multi-vertical jobs platform for India. You will own end-to-end design for candidate-facing and employer-facing surfaces — wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and shipping pixels.
Role focus:
- Translate product requirements into low-fi wireframes and high-fi mockups in Figma
- Build and maintain the platform design system
- Work closely with the founder and engineering on iterative shipping
- Conduct lightweight user research with candidates and employers
What we look for:
- 2-5 years of UI/UX experience on consumer or B2B SaaS products
- Strong Figma fluency, including auto-layout, components, and variants
- Comfort working in a small team with direct founder access
- Bonus: experience designing for India's mobile-first, multilingual users
