What we do
Master Jobs is a jobs marketplace. Candidates build a profile once and use it to apply across markets, currencies, and languages. Employers post openings with structured filters, reach verified candidates, and run their pipeline from one dashboard. An explainable matching agent proposes relevant candidates and jobs; final decisions always rest with humans.
Under the hood we use the ESCO/ISCO-08 international skills and occupation taxonomy, parameterised for each region so salary, location, and role conventions read the way they do in that market.
