Shipping & Delivery Policy

East-West Business Solutions operates Master Jobs (the "Services") entirely as a digital online platform. Customers receive access to features through their browser and mobile experience at masterjobs.com. We do not sell, ship, or deliver physical goods. There are no couriers, freight charges, dispatch dates, or tracking numbers to provide.

• Subscriptions (Prime, Pro, Employer Premium) are activated immediately after the payment gateway confirms successful authorisation. Activation is typically instant (under 60 seconds) and the entitlement appears in your account dashboard.
• Per-transaction credits (contact unlocks, Boost packs, BGV passes, AI mock-interview sessions, apprenticeship registration passes) are added to your wallet immediately on payment confirmation and ready to use the same minute.
• Generated reports and certificates (BGV reports, resume downloads, invoices) are produced by automated systems and made available as in-app downloads. A copy is also emailed to the address on the account. Most reports are ready in under 5 minutes; complex BGV checks may take 2–7 business days and are tracked from your dashboard.
• Custom B2B engagements (enterprise / government / PSU contracts) are delivered per the milestones in the signed Statement of Work.

• An order confirmation is shown on the success page immediately after payment.
• An email receipt is sent to the address on file within minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
• GST-compliant invoices are generated within 24 hours and available from Billing → Invoices.

If the payment was charged but the entitlement is not visible in your account within 30 minutes:

1. Refresh the page or sign out and back in. Most activations are instant; a missing one is usually a stale cache.
2. Check the bank or card statement — if the charge is pending and not yet final, activation completes when the bank clears the authorisation.
3. Email hello@masterjobs.com with the subject line [Activation] and your order reference. We resolve activation issues within 1 business day.

The Services are accessible globally over the internet. We currently focus on India, North America (US, Canada), and the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar) and bill in the local currency where supported. Please see the Pricing page for region-specific availability.

We may update this policy as our delivery flows evolve. Material changes are announced by in-product notice and on this page at least 14 days before they take effect. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
