Pacing note: not every stream activates on day one. Master Jobs commission + local SMB services + resume-services resale are live at partner-onboarding. Govt schemes + insurance + fintech referrals + document services activate in Phase-1 within ~90 days of beta launch as we sign the underlying vendor agreements. Pre-departure / migration goes live alongside Master Move (Phase-2).

When does the program open?

Closed beta starts mid-2026 with the first 10 channel partners hand-picked across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, and the NCR. Apply now to be considered. Public open intake follows once the East-West Console (the partner dashboard) ships in production.

What's the commission structure?

Channel Partners: 30% of recurring revenue from accounts they originate, for the first year; 15% in years 2–3 (per PRICING_POLICY.md). Franchisees: 35% with territory exclusivity. Affiliates: 10% one-time on first paid action. Exact numbers are negotiated per agreement and may vary by city tier.

What does it cost to become a partner?

Channel Partner: zero up-front fee; you earn from day one. Franchisee: brick-and-mortar setup is your investment (typically ₹15–25 L), plus a one-time brand-onboarding fee (~₹50K) covering signage, training, and the first batch of marketing collateral. Affiliate: zero.

Do partners need to be in India?

Currently India-first (all metros + tier-1/2/3 cities). UAE channel partner program opens Phase-2 (Year-2) targeting NRI Jobs + Master Move (Immigration). SEA + EU + NA channel programs at Phase-3+.

How is this different from a typical recruitment franchise?

Four things. (a) Multi-revenue-stream — your partner agreement spans both the East-West platform family AND eight adjacent income lines (govt schemes, document services, insurance, fintech, migration, SMB events, equipment, resume services). A single recruitment placement is one of many revenue events from each candidate. (b) Cross-platform commission — your territory earns from every East-West vertical, not just Jobs. (c) The substrate is shared — you operate through one dashboard (East-West Console), not many disconnected portals. (d) The brand is built on a single master ('Master') instead of fragmenting trust across sub-brands.

How many revenue streams does a Channel Partner actually have?

Two streams (A + B above) totalling 13+ income lines: 5 East-West platform commissions (Jobs / Learn / Move / Money / Launchpad — staged as each platform launches) + 8 adjacent revenue streams (govt skill schemes, document services, insurance, fintech, pre-departure / migration, local SMB events, equipment sourcing, resume services resale). Most partners won't operate all 13 from day one — pick the 3-4 that fit your existing local strengths and grow from there.

What support do partners get?

Online onboarding training, co-branded marketing assets (digital + print-ready), monthly commission statements, dedicated partner-success channel (the East-West Console), territory-level performance dashboards, and quarterly business reviews.

Can I run multiple partner roles?

A franchisee is automatically an affiliate inside their territory. A channel partner can also onboard affiliates as sub-network operators (extra 5% override commission per PRICING_POLICY.md, subject to negotiation).
