Job description
East West Business Solutions is hiring a QA / Customer Support Associate to make Master Jobs reliable and user-friendly.
Role focus:
- Manual QA across web (desktop + mobile) before each production deploy
- File reproducible bugs with screenshots, steps, and severity labels
- Respond to candidate and employer support queries via email and in-app chat
- Maintain a living test scenario library covering signin, profile, search, and apply flows
- Escalate critical user-impact issues directly to engineering and the founder
What we look for:
- 1-3 years of QA or customer-facing support experience
- Patience, empathy, and clear written communication
- Comfort filing bugs in GitHub Issues (or similar trackers)
- Working English; Hindi or Telugu fluency is a strong plus
- Willingness to test the same flow on three browsers and two phones without complaint
